• What kind of support do you offer for CARMA?

  Our standard contract lets you submit an unlimited number of tickets and gives you access to a 24-hour emergency telephone support.
  
  

  All of our trained support technicians work in our Freehold, NJ (USA), main office. They're able to work with you on your schedule at any time from 10 A.M. to midnight on weekdays and 10 A.M. to 6 P.M on weekends. (All times U.S. eastern time.)

• What training do you offer for CARMA?

  All of our CARMA packages include two extensive training sessions for you and all of your staff. The first walkthrough teaches you about the CARMA basics.
  
  

  The second walkthrough teaches you about the administration interface.

• How many sites can I have?

  You can manage an unlimited number of sites in CARMA.
